Spirit Quartz Cluster

Rare and unusual Spirit Quartz from South Africa. This formation of quartz is known as Spirit Quartz or Cactus Quartz. It is identified through its unique habit, coming only from the  Boekenhouthoek deposits of South Africa. Most of it is white, or pale amethyst or smokey colours, the rarest being dark amethyst. Sometimes even amethyst with citrine appearance. It is said to stimulate the higher aspects of the self and bring peace and harmony.
